This is Kris Freeman, a member of the U.S. Olympic team. He’s a cross-country skier, and a T1D of 12 years! Using both a CGM and the Omnipod, he DOES wear the Omnipod on his CHEST! Who’d have thought to put it there? I have not seen any research or statistics or a statement from any pump company about the use on the chest, but from everything I’ve seen, it’s a favorite place for Mr. Kriss to use his. What do you all think about it?
